As part of the National Assembly’s special consultations and public hearings related to the mandate on the issue of the right to die with dignity, the Committee on Health and Social Services invited representatives of the QMA to present their discussion paper on the delicate issue of the right to die with dignity.
While it agrees with the principle of setting up INESSS, the QMA made several recommendations regarding the organization’s governance, functions and accountability measures.
